Hydraulic Attachments — Helical Pile Installation System
VANROCK
Helical Piles
The VANROCK helical pile installation system provides strong support for the installation of helical piles and anchors. It consists of a drive system, sensor system and in-cab monitoring system — data is transmitted wirelessly and real-time readings are fed back to the monitor in the cab, giving operators precise control over the installation angle and live insight into the ground state.

Informatized installation system
The VANROCK helical pile informatization installation system provides a strong guarantee for screw pile installation. It consists of a power output unit, an alignment monitor, a torque monitor and an in-cab monitor — data transmission between the components is completed through wireless signals, feeding real-time monitored data back to the cockpit of the excavator.
Fig. 01 — Installation Diagram

01
Power output unit
The VANROCK drive head torques the galvanized steel helical pile into the ground from the excavator boom — pushing through weak upper layers until the helix plates anchor in supporting soil.
02
Alignment monitor
The wireless alignment sensor tracks the pile's verticality in real time during installation, so the operator can correct the angle immediately and keep every pile within tolerance.
03
Torque monitor
Torque changes are monitored continuously and wirelessly transmitted back to the cab — torque correlates directly with soil resistance, verifying that the required compression capacity is reached.
04
In-cab monitor
An 8" WiFi touch display in the cab receives all sensor data for stable transfer, real-time monitoring and job records — improving construction situational awareness for accurate judgments.
The result
Verticality and compression capacity of every screw pile installation — up to standard, verified in real time.
