5 REASONS TO USE VANROCK'S SOIL STABILIZATION SYSTEM?
Vanrock Soil StabIlization System is the only slurry based stabIlization system in the world for Rapid, efficient and environmentally safe solidification
The Vanrock Soil Stabilization system is meticulously engineered with optimal production capacity in focus. It boasts the capability to efficiently process up to 1600 cubic meters per day.
With a depth reach extending up to 11 meters, it offers remarkable versatility to accommodate diverse project needs.
Diverse mixing blades are available to cater to various sludge requirements, ensuring adaptable and efficient performance
Featuring full-automatic computer control, the system effortlessly mixes and delivers solidifying agents directly to the ground with precision and efficiency.
Employing advanced slurry solidifying agent technology, our system delivers precise mixing, enhanced permeability, and accurate dosage measurement. Achieve uniform and rapid solidification, forming a stable foundation with high bearing capacity in only 3-5 hours. Our system also operates without generating any dust.
OPERATING DYNAMICS
Vanrock Soil Stabilization System achieves solidification and remediation through controlled physical and chemical reactions between the solidifying agent and soft soil.In the system, the hopper contains Solidifying agent such as lime and cement. The control center meticulously mixes and stirs the solidifying agent according to predetermined proportions. It is then delivered to the power mixer located at the forefront of the excavator, maintaining precise pressure and flow rates throughout.
The power mixer blends the solidifying agent with the soft soil at controlled rotation speeds and temperatures, effectively immobilizing a significant amount of free water within the soil as crystalline water.
Upon mixing with the soft soil, a series of physical and chemical reactions alter the soil's engineering properties. This results in particle agglomeration, increased electrolyte concentration, and volumetric expansion, further filling soil pores. Through compaction, an overall structural integrity is achieved, making the solidified soil easy to compact and stable. It achieves a level of compactness unattainable by conventional methods, enhancing its strength, shear strength, and meeting the technical requirements for road construction.
