Core Barrel
Core Barrels are used when conventional augers are less effective — or in conjunction with tapered rock augers — for very hard rock drilling. The VANROCK Core Barrel is designed with a thin cutting edge to maximize the penetration rate through less contact surface area having to be cut and removed. Ranging from 350 mm to 1200 mm in diameter, every barrel comes fitted with optional hubs to suit your machine.

The optional hub makes VANROCK Core Barrels able to fit different specifications of drive output shaft, including 75 mm square, 110 mm square, etc.
