Does driving fast wear tracks out quicker?

Yes. Faster travel usually increases track wear, especially on abrasive surfaces, because it raises heat, friction, and impact loading on the chain, shoes, rollers, idlers, and sprockets. High speed also tends to increase vibration and “bouncing,” which can accelerate pin and bushing wear and cause faster tread or lug damage on rubber tracks. The effect is even greater when turning at speed, traveling over hard rock, concrete, or debris, or operating with poor track tension. To maximize life, use the lowest practical travel speed, avoid sharp high-speed turns, keep undercarriage tension correct, and clean out packed material regularly.
