How much does it cost to replace bulldozer tracks?
Expert_Answer
Dozer track cost depends on machine size and what actually needs replacing. Small dozers need much less steel than a D8-class machine, and a chain-only replacement is very different from complete track groups (chains with shoes fitted) or a full undercarriage including rollers, idlers and sprocket segments. Sealed and lubricated chains cost more than dry chains but usually run far longer in normal ground. A pin-and-bushing turn can defer full replacement when wear is mainly internal. Because prices vary this much, no serious supplier quotes one number without your model and serial number. VANROCK supplies dozer track chains, track groups, shoes, rollers, idlers and segment groups for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Dressta and other brands (independent aftermarket, not OEM-affiliated) — request a quote with your machine details for exact dealer pricing.
