The distinctive up-thrust position of the toggle plate generates the renowned QUATTRO jaw movement that sets VANROCK apart. This unique design ensures that the swing jaw does not move parallel to the material flow, as in conventional crushers. Instead, it follows a highly effective figure-8 motion. This geometry allows for a pre-crush in the upper part and a post-crush in the lower part of the crusher chamber, accommodating larger infeed material. As a result, the material is actively drawn in and downwards, maximizing throughput.
The Bucket Crusher's reversible running direction capability offers much needed resistance to blockages, minimizing downtime for your attachment.
Vanrock features replaceable jaw plates to significantly extend the bucket crusher's life. Replacing the jaws is a breeze; simply remove the lock bolts and lock the new jaw in place.
