For 20 ton excavators, the direct fit in the range is VR-DS 20. It is specified for 19–26 Tons carriers, with 2,000 kg operating weight and 650 mm maximum opening width.

That model is intended for structural steel, H-beams, pipes, tanks and heavy scrap. At the blade it delivers 253 ton cutting force, with 86 ton at tip and 190 ton at the intermediate position. Hydraulic requirement is 320 bar and 200–250 LPM for the main circuit.

If your work regularly needs more opening or more force, the next size is VR-DS 30, but that model is specified for 26–32 Tons carriers, not 20 ton excavators.
