Which jaw set should I choose on a one cylinder multi processor for mixed demolition?
Choose the jaw by the material and stage of demolition. VR-1S Shear jaw is for structural steel and rebar cutting. VR-1P Pulverizer jaw is for secondary crushing of demolished concrete and rebar separation. VR-1D Demolition jaw is for primary demolition of reinforced concrete walls, slabs and columns.
- VR-1S: interchangeable, reversible cutting blades; 170 ton / 217 ton at the blade depending on size class
- VR-1P: widest opening, 880 mm on size 20 and 910 mm on size 30
- VR-1D: highest force at the middle of the jaw, 117 ton on VR-1D 20 and 165 ton on VR-1D 30
- All models use the same compact one-cylinder body with 360° rotation
