What should I compare between VR-SG 25W and 30W W-type side grip pile drivers?
Compare excavator class first, then hydraulic flow, then the force level you want. Those are the main differences between VR-SG 25W and VR-SG 30W.
- VR-SG 25W: 17–26 Tons, 2,620 kg, 150–170 LPM, 530 kN, 3,300–3,600 rpm
- VR-SG 30W: 22–36 Tons, 2,800 kg, 180–220 LPM, 580 kN, 2,800–3,600 rpm
- Both: 300 bar, 360° rotation, ±30° tilt
- Both: 1,165 × 1,210 × 2,600 mm
If your excavator is in the 22–26 Tons overlap zone, hydraulic flow is usually the deciding point. If it cannot supply 180–220 LPM, VR-SG 30W is not the correct match even though the excavator tonnage falls within its class.
