What oil flow and pressure does each W-type side grip pile driver model need?
The hydraulic requirement depends on the model. VR-SG 25W is specified for 300 bar setting pressure with 150–170 LPM oil flow. VR-SG 30W is specified for 300 bar setting pressure with 180–220 LPM oil flow.
Frequency is also model-specific, so flow should be matched with the correct unit rather than treated as interchangeable. VR-SG 25W runs at 3,300–3,600 rpm, while VR-SG 30W runs at 2,800–3,600 rpm.
If your excavator falls in the overlap range of 22–26 ton excavators, check the available hydraulic flow first. That often decides whether VR-SG 25W or VR-SG 30W is the practical fit.
