What jaw opening and reach do car body recycling shear models have?
The three models share the same 415 mm cutter opening width, but their jaw opening and working depth are different.
- VR-RS 15: 600 mm max. opening width, 600 mm working depth, 230 mm cutter depth
- VR-RS 20: 650 mm max. opening width, 800 mm working depth, 500 mm cutter depth
- VR-RS 30: 650 mm max. opening width, 800 mm working depth, 500 mm cutter depth
In simple terms, VR-RS 20 and VR-RS 30 give more reach into the vehicle body than VR-RS 15. Overall size also increases with model: 1,900 mm overall length on VR-RS 15, 2,560 mm on VR-RS 20, and 2,610 mm on VR-RS 30.
