What hydraulic flow and pressure does the static pulverizer need?
The required hydraulic flow and pressure depend on the model size. The range across the VANROCK static pulverizer line is 300–320 bar and 100–320 LPM.
- VR-PW 15 / VR-PR 15: 300 bar, 100–160 LPM
- VR-PW 20 / VR-PR 20: 320 bar, 200–250 LPM
- VR-PW 30 / VR-PR 30: 320 bar, 250–320 LPM
- VR-PW 40 / VR-PR 40: 320 bar, 250–320 LPM
Cycle times are based on oil flow of 150 LPM for size 15, 240 LPM for size 20, and 300 LPM for sizes 30 and 40. The built-in speed valve shortens the cycle, with speed-type total cycle times from 4.8 s depending on model.
