What hydraulic flow and pressure does each multi processor size need?

It depends on the model size, and the requirements step up by size band. The 15-size models use 300 bar and 100–160 LPM. The 20-size models use 320 bar and 200–250 LPM. The 30-size models use 350 bar and 250–320 LPM. The 40 and 50-size models use 350 bar and 360–380 LPM.

For hydraulic rotation, every model uses a rotation motor setting pressure of 160 bar. Rotation motor oil flow is 36–40 LPM on the 15, 20 and 30 sizes, and 75–80 LPM on the 40 and 50 sizes.

Those figures apply across the matching jaw families: VR-MP, VR-MD, VR-MS and VR-MC in the same size class.
