Yes. The VANROCK Static Pulverizer is specified for secondary crushing of demolished concrete and for taking a reinforced bridge deck apart piece by piece.

Its job is to reduce demolished concrete to recyclable size and separate the rebar. For the steel, it uses interchangeable, reversible cutting blades to cut rebar. For the concrete, crushing and cutting force rises through the range up to 340 ton at force position C on the largest models.

Model choice depends on excavator size and required opening and force. For example, the range runs from 720 mm opening on the 15 size to 1,150 mm on the 40 size. This lets you match the tool to smaller recycling work or heavier reinforced concrete sections.
